Wexford senior hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald’s potential involvement in a Clare GAA sub-committee focused on underage hurling was one of the items discussed as new sub-committees were put in place.
Improvements for Clare GAA’s ‘Centre of Excellence’ are intended to be concluded next year according to the county secretary.
GAA clubs across Co Clare and the County Board Executive have endorsed a proposal from Éire Óg seeking the development of a five year strategic plan for the Association.

Cratloe’s Jack Chaplin has been elected as the new Chairperson of Clare GAA.
Two names will go before the clubs of Clare for the position of Chairperson after Robert Frost has decided not to contest for the position.
