A joint submission from Chambers of Commerce in the West of Ireland has been submitted to the Transport Minister seeking urgent intervention from the Government regarding Shannon Airport.
Chamber of Commerce Presidents in the Mid-West have vehemently stressed the need for Shannon Airport to maintain “essential connectivity” with Boston, New York and London.

From Wednesday, Ennis Town Centre will be pedestrianised with traffic to be re-routed throughout the town.
