“Scarcity of funding” for public lighting has been put into focus with residents on the outskirts of Ennis Town raising their concerns.
“Serious concerns” on the visual impact of a major development planned for Ennis have been raised by Clare County Council.
Complaints have been lodged with Clare County Council over ponding issues at the entrance to the former Ennis Town Council building.
“When we can gather together we intend on having one fantastic night out. It will most likely be in our garden, but we will look forward to that,” says Gala store owner Laurence O’Brien.
Christmas lights will be officially switched on in Ennis this Friday marking the countdown to the festive season.
