Two names will go before the clubs of Clare for the position of Chairperson after Robert Frost has decided not to contest for the position.
A contest for the position of chairman of Clare GAA is certain after Cratloe’s Jack Chaplin confirmed that he is a candidate for the post.
Nominations for positions on the Executive of Clare GAA closed on Monday.
With the domestic GAA playing season over for 2020 attention is now turning to preparations for 2021. This time of year sees much speculation as to who will be seeking election to executives at club and county levels.
