A culture of money lending in Clare has been described as “insidious and ruthless” by a leading Garda official.
*Providing telephone sypport for the Clare Community Response Helpline is David Bennett and Helen Moloney of Clare County Council’s Rural Development Directorate. A dedicated community support helpline has been set up in Co Clare to assist members of the public during the current public health emergency.
Clare’s most vulnerable will be assisted following the creation of a new community response team.
