Sustained absence of daycare and respite services for individuals with disabilities in Co Clare has been described as “an appalling situation” by a North Clare representative who described that family members are having to pull loved ones ‘from the floor’.
Visiting ban remains in nursing homes & hospitals as some restrictions lifted
Health officials have confirmed that visiting bans at hospitals and nursing homes will remain in place until further notice.
