*Some of the dead fish in Ballymacraven. REFERENCE has been made to “an alleged discharge” for the first time from a North Clare water treatment plant which resulted in a “catastrophic” fish kill in the locality.
*Clare CAMHS. CLARE’S child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS) is facing a crisis and at risk of collapse, a Shannon representative has warned.
