SURVIVAL was on the line for Tulla and a specatular display from Sinead Conlon not alone helped them avoid the drop but also resulted in her winning the Clare Credit Unions / The Clare Echo player of the week.
A 3-11 1-11 victory over Feakle/Killanena consolidated Tulla’s senior status for 2027 with former county player Sinead playing a huge role in getting them over the line.
She scored a remarkable 2-6 of this tally, all of which stemmed from play as Tulla caused an upset but recorded a merited victory.
Both of her green flags arrived in the second half and helped to put a gap between the sides who were level at 1-5 apiece at half time.
