POST MORTEMS have been completed for Claire and Joe Collins, the married couple found dead in Kilnaboy on Thursday afternoon.

Results of the post-mortems will not be released “for operational reasons”, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána confirmed.

No other individual is being looked for by Gardaí at this time, in relation to the incident.

Gardaí are continuing to investigate all the circumstances surrounding the deaths. The scene in Kilnaboy remains preserved and technical examinations are ongoing. The primary focus for Gardaí at this time is the preparation of a file for the Coroner.
