VICE CAPTAIN Dermot Coughlan has recovered from injury to take his place in the Clare senior football team for their final outing of the National League.

Paul Madden and his management have named the same fifteen for the fourth game running but both Coughlan and Joshua Vaughan were named to start last weekend but neither did.

Injury ruled out Coughlan who failed a fitness test last Sunday before Clare’s disappointing defeat to Wexford while Vaughan was introduced as a half-time substitute for Daniel Walsh.

Both players are named to start in the half-forward line with Walsh. Shane Griffin and Cormac Murray are not included in the announced team as a result.

Changes are likely to the released team but the matchday panel is the same from which took on Wexford last week.

Leading scorers, Eoin Cleary, Mark McInerney and Aaron Griffin make up the full-forward line.

Stephen Ryan continues in goal for the seventh game in succession along with the unchanged full-back line of Alan Sweeney, Ronan Lanigan and Manus Doherty.

Brian McNamara and Cillian Brennan are the midfield pairing with Connor Meaney at centre back for the fourth game running flanked by Brendy Rouine and Ikem Ugwueru.
