St. Breckans and Doonbeg are the only unbeaten sides in the Cusack Cup as the third round of games took place at the weekend.
Donie Garrihyโs St. Breckans with three wins to their credit are in top spot, a point ahead of Doonbeg who shared the spoils with Kilmurry Ibrickane on Saturday.
Clubs were again short a number of players due to involvement with the county senior and under 20 teams and also due to injuries

Two goals from Keith Murphy and one each from Seamus Casey and Diarmuid OโDonnell steered Kildysart to an easy win over St. Josephs Miltown on Saturday afternoon.
The home side dominated throughout and were in a strong position at half time when the score was 2-7 to 0-2. Their lead could have been greater but Sean OโBrien had saved a Kildysart penalty.
On the resumption the winners quickly added three unanswered points. A very understrength Miltown outfit put a good move together and it ended with Paul Keane finding the Kildysart net.
Kildysart hit back with two impressive goals and they also fired over some good points as they pulled away for victory.

Jamie Stack kicked the winner for St. Breckans when he converted a free in injury time in their match with รire รg at the Ennis clubโs grounds.
The free was awarded in โinjury timeโ after Colm OโBrien was adjudged to have been fouled. The visitors got off to a great start with three points inside the opening five minutes and they went on to lead 0-7 to 0-3 at the interval.
รire รg did much better in the second half and a share of the spoils looked likely when the game was level at 0-9 each as โadded timeโ approached.
Jamie Stack and Aiden Davidson each contributed 0-4 to the Lisdoonvarna sideโs tally while Eoin Guerin and Padraig Kelly also got on the scoresheet.

Kilmurry Ibrickane picked up their first point of this seasonโs Cusack Cup campaign when they drew with neighbours Doonbeg at Quilty and while that will have pleased all involved with the club itโs fair to say that they will have been more pleased to see Dermot Coughlan return to action after a year on the sideline due to his second cruciate injury.
Coughlan who has missed practically all of the last two years due to injuries, was introduced during the course of the tie and he contributed 0-2 to his sideโs tally.
Hitherto unbeaten Doonbeg got off to a dream start when Paul Dillon fisted home the gameโs only goal in the opening minute. They went on to lead at the interval on a score of 1-5 to 0-3.
Kilmurry did much better after the break and they fought their way back strongly and picked up their first point of the campaign.

McNamara kicks the winner for Ennistymon

Ennistymon returned to winning ways when they accounted for Clondegad at Ballynacally on Saturday evening.
The winners had the better of the first half exchanges and they held a four point lead at the interval. They extended their led to five points early in the second half.
Barry Toner converted a penalty for the home side to bring them to within a point of their opponents and the sides were level when Gary Brennan kicked a superb point from a sideline effort shortly after.
The winning score came in the final minute of normal time from Ennistymon substitute Darren McNamara on a day when Liam Cotter, a member of the Ennistymon CBS side which recently contested the All-Ireland final, made his senior debut.
Both sides were short a number of regulars due to inter county involvement and injuries.

Corofin continued their unbeaten run in Division 2 (Garry Cup) while Coorclare and St Josephโs Doora/Barefield also emerged victorious over the course of the Easter weekend.

Corofin made it three wins from three starts in the Garry Cup when they overcame Kilrush at Tubridy Park in Kilrush on Thursday evening.
All of their three wins to date have been by the minimum margin. In a game in which the sides were level on a number of occasions, the visitors finished strongly to seal victory by the minimum margin.
It was 0-5 each at half time after the visitors had played with the aid of the wind. They were level again going into the final quarter with the score at 0-7 each. Corofin, helped by an excellent 40m free into the wind from Josh Ryan, edged two clear.
With time ticking away, the home side cut the margin to the minimum but try as they did, they failed to get back on terms and Corofin held on for victory.

Cooraclare collected their first league points of the season when they proved too strong for a very understrength Lissycasey side on Saturday.
The visitors had the first score but Cooraclare quickly levelled and then raced into a lead they held to the finish. They led by double scores, 0-6 to 0-3, at the interval and they had the opening two points of the second half to stretch their advantage.
Lissycasey hit back with a brace but the gameโs only goal came when Jack Morrissey converted from the penalty spot and this put the home side into a commanding lead. Morrissey finished as the gameโs top scorer with 1-6 to his credit.

St. Josephs Doora/Barefield are sharing top spot in the Garry Cup after three rounds following this win over Kilmihil on Saturday. They and Corofin have three wins each from three outings.
The sides were on level terms at the end of an evenly fought first half and they were still evenly matched in the early stages of the second half but then the visitors landed some good points to open a gap.
The gameโs only goal came from Ciaran Downes inside the final ten minutes but it wasnโt enough to deny the Doora/Barefield men for whom teenage wing back James Curran impressed, contributing 0-4 from play. Downes was introduced in the last fifteen minutes and he kicked 1-02 in that spell.
