TO analyse the dust as it immediately settles following the local election in Clare, we’ve recorded a bite size episode of The Electoral Chair.

Clare has elected its twenty eight councillors, seven of which have been elected to the local authority for the first time.

As we attempt a small dissect on how things have panned out, Páraic McMahon is joined by Fianna Fáil Director of Elections, Gerry Reidy, Fine Gael’s Director of Elections Geraldine Gregan and communications consultant Mark Dunphy.

Our next episode will be a more detailed analysis on the election results in Co Clare.
