*Finbarr MacGabhann and Cllr Donna McGettigan (SF). SINN FÉIN’s members are feeling aggrieved with the lack of consultation on the selection of candidates for the local elections.
*Conor O’Sulivan with his wife Ann. SINN FÉIN will be fielding candidates in every electoral area in Clare for the local elections following the addition of Conor O’Sullivan (SF) to their ticket.
*Senator Paul Gavan (SF), Mary Lou McDonald (SF) and Dawn Bennett (SF). WEST CLARE businesswoman, Dawn Bennett (SF) has been confirmed as Sinn Féin’s candidate in the Kilrush local electoral for the June 7th elections.

*Dr Martina Cleary. SINN FÉIN have scooped a strong first-time candidate to contest the local elections in the Killaloe Municipal District in the guise of founder of the Clare Pyrite Action Group, Dr Martina Cleary.
*Pat Barry. RETIRED civil servant, Pat Barry (IND) has announced he will be contesting next year’s local elections as an Independent candidate in the Shannon Municipal District.
