*Before and After views of the Active Travel scheme for the Tulla Road in Ennis, County Clare. AN ACTIVE TRAVEL scheme in Ennis which is expected to cost in the region of €5m has received the backing of elected members and now pedals forward to detailed design, procurement, and construction stage.

*Councillors were not briefed before the Ennis 2040 DAC appointed the design team. PLANS FOR A TEMPORARY car park in Francis Street have been scrapped altogether with a design team appointed to develop a masterplan for a mixed-use development on the site.
