CONCERN IS GROWING for pedestrians attempting the access Clonroad Business Park while memories of current councillors playing soccer has left the Mayor of Ennis with “a bad vision”.
*Cathedral Court. DRINK AND DRUG activity has made people “fearful” to travel by Cathedral Court in Ennis, a county councillor has claimed.

*Abbey Street car park. PLANS FOR A €25m development in Abbey Street car park and the construction of a temporary car park in Francis Street costing €1m need to be paused, new proposals to go before the Ennis Municipal District will argue.
*It is hoped a planning application will be lodged next year. A FOUR YEAR TIMEFRAME and cost of €25m has been earmarked for the Ennis to Ennistymon section of the West Clare Railway Greenway.
OUTSIDE INFLUENCE has dictated the County Development Plan, elected representatives have said with Clare’s longest serving politician declaring “it is not our plan”.
