*Orla O’Brien and Chloe Philpott. THERE were a number of successes for Clare players in the Munster ladies singes handball championships in the past week.
At the Munster handball doubles finals last week, Clare captured two titles with victory in the minor boys and girls deciders.
HANDBALL is back in full swing and everything points to a busy few months ahead with the regular club competitions and the added excitement of World championships to come at the end of October.
*Claire Minogue, Sean Coughlan and Chloe Philpott. AFTER six days of One Wall handball which produced over 1000 games for 800 competitors, Clare players brought home three World titles.
*Claire Minogue. CLARE DUO, Sean Considine and Claire Minogue have qualified for the All-Ireland juvenile 60×30 handball finals at U14 and U15 respectively.
