Ennis councillors have reiterated their concerns that a business employing 55 persons is breaching planning permission regulations and the Clare County Development Plan.
An Ennis councillor has requested that action be taken by Clare County Council against a store which is claimed to have breached planning and development regulations set out by the local authority.
A new COVID-19 testing centre in Clare is to open on Monday.
