Dates have been unveiled for the start of the 2020/21 Clare District Soccer Leagues (CDSL).

It has been confirmed by the CDSL that the new season will commence on October 10th/11th for clubs competing in the Premier, First, Second, Third, Youths and Women’s Divisions. The U17 league is set to begin at the end of November.

Clubs intending on entering teams for the new season have been asked to engage with the CDSL prior to the start of action.

CDSL officials have advised that the start dates are subject to change given the current COVID-19 environment.

Efforts at putting together a master fixtures plan and having the season ready to commence on time were thrown into disarray in recent days following the surprise resignations of both Oliver Fitzpatrick and Michael Lydon as Chairman and Secretary respectively.
