Shannon’s branch of Active Retirement Ireland are to return to ‘some bit of normality’ with members holding a tea dance.
Treacys Oakwood Hotel in Shannon will hold the tea dance for the Active Retirement group on Wednesday September 29th at 3pm.
Kay Murphy, the Shannon-based secretary of Active Retirement Ireland said, “We are getting back once more to a normal type of living. At last it’s safe for meeting up again, our activities are coming back on track at last”.
Members will be required to bring proof of vaccination and to wear a mask. Further news on upcoming events will be shared at the tea dance.
