RUAN’s Isobelle McInerney emerged victorious in the Munster Poc Fada.

She claimed the spoils in the senior camogie competition narrowly overcoming the challenge of Cork’s Rachel Murray and Tipperary’s Rita Burke. All three finished the course with fifteen shots but the Ruan woman had the best score with 62.4m followed by 32m and 17.7m.

In the U16 camogie competition, Sophie Sheedy of Scariff/Ogonnelloe finished in sixth spot.

Jamie Moroney of O’Callaghans Mills had a third place finish in the U16 hurling Poc Fada behind Waterford’s Seán Óg Regan and Conor O’Meara from Tipperary.

Limerick’s Colin Ryan retained his provincial title in the senior men’s Poc Fada with Shane Punch of Ruan finishing in sixth position.

Galtee Mountains was the venue for the 2025 M Donnelly Munster Poc Fada Final which took place on Sunday.

Newmarket-on-Fergus’ Christy Ryan presented the silverware on behalf of Martin Donnelly.
