This week, Miss Clare Rebecca O’Neill shares her favourite online clothing shops.

We can all relate to the fact that we love to treat ourselves. Coming across some online clothing sales can be extremely hard to ignore. Seeing someone wearing something you just have to have. I am going to talk about my favourite online shops that are also sustainable. I have been really working on trying to only buy from sustainable clothing brands. With this, comes a bigger price tag but better quality clothing.

1: Motel Rocks
This brand always has the best trend setting clothing. It has a great track record of producing good quality clothes. It caters to people who love edgy, street style. Very funky trends and affordable to some degree. If your looking to treat yourself to good quality flair pants or a long leather coat, this clothing brand will have you covered from head to toe. Motel Rocks offers clothing to Women.

2: Zara
This clothing brand is another major trend setting platform. Zara is so known for their halter neck crop tops in every shade of nude. Their knitwear and trousers are always so good in quality and style. If your looking to invest in a good quality coat, I would highly recommend having a look on the Zara website. What you see is most definitely what you get with this brand. Zara offers clothing for women, men and kids.

3: ASOS
You are always promised to get what you want with ASOS. This brand is so reliable for what you need. ASOS offers a wide range of clothing and accessories. They also retail makeup. For anything you need this brand definitely has it. I always recommend the dresses and tops from there. They always have the best styles especially in the ‘Dresses’ section. ASOS offers their clothing to women and men.

4: Dani.ie
This boutique never fails to produce the best clothing for weddings, day to day wear and evening gowns. They always have new stock coming on their online store including some fabulous cashmere sweaters, leggings, Freddie jeans, fashionable face masks and even the warmest of jackets. Amazing quality clothing with an affordable price tag is very hard to ignore.

5: True Vintage
This is a brand I only recently discovered when looking for vintage rings. I can just say I wish I discovered it sooner. This brand has some amazing vintage Nike, Adidas, Balmain clothing and the list of brands go on. The have some amazing accessories including vintage Louis Vuitton rings and Nike rings. If you are into vintage clothing I would highly recommend browsing through this website.

My top three favourite local shops:

1: Cornucopia
Another great online business that is also local. From great quality clothes to accessories this boutique offers so much. My personal favourite is their great quality jeans. If your looking to invest in some good quality clothing I would highly recommend this online shop as it never disappoints.

2: Willow
This online shop has some amazing unique styles and it’s so affordable. My personal favourite is the knitwear styles. This boutique also has the most beautiful floral tops and very elegant dresses. If your looking to stock up on occasion wear or casuals, this is such a reliable shop to get what you need.

3: Brass Boutique
This well renowned boutique is noted for their amazing styles. They also have a winter sale on currently! Brass offers footwear, accessories from bags and jewellery, to the most tasteful clothing. They always have new arrivals coming in stock so you always have the option to be on trend.

Shopping local while buying your favourite clothes is so important which I have come to realise during the pandemic. You will always feel so much better about yourself knowing you have supported your local businesses while updating your wardrobe.

I also would love to encourage people to try their absolute best to support sustainable brands as these are beneficial for our environment. Ending with a very fitting quote “style is a way to say who you are without having to speak” – Rachel Zoe.
