PREMIER Powerwashing Services is celebrating four years in operation after building a strong local reputation through repeat customers, recommendations and word of mouth.

Since establishing the business in 2022, owner Brian McDonagh now provides exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial customers across County Clare and surrounding areas.

On the background to the business, Brian explains that “ Before becoming self-employed, I had worked in the industry and gained valuable experience, so I had a good understanding of the work, the equipment and, most importantly, what customers expect from a professional service”.

“I’m proudly local and Ennis-based, and I wanted to build a business that would provide a professional and reliable exterior cleaning service to people in my local community and throughout County Clare. I decided to take the step into self-employment because I wanted to build something of my own and have the opportunity to develop a business based on the standards and values that are important to me”, he continues.

Quality workmanship and customer service are central to the way the Ennis-based business operates, with the owner personally dealing with customers from the initial enquiry through to the completion of each job.

“I genuinely care about the quality of the work I do”, McDonagh said. “Because I’m the owner and the person carrying out the work, I take a lot of pride in every job I complete”. This mentality extends to Premier Powerwashing’s day to day operations as rather than rushing jobs, each property is assessed individually to determine the most suitable cleaning method for the particular surface.

Honesty and reliability are also key principles of Brian’s fast growing enterprise, with customers given advice on whether a service is necessary and which approach would be most appropriate.
