RESIDENTS of Carrigoran House are motoring with a brand-new bus launched on Tuesday last.
Shannon based Ei Electronics were among the main contributors with a fundraiser ongoing for two years to equip the nursing home and day care centre with a brand new 261 bus.
There was great excitement in Newmarket-on-Fergus last Tuesday with celebrations for the new vehicle which will be utilised to bring residents on various trips.
Located in Newmarket-on-Fergus, Carrigoran House was founded in 1974 by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word and operated as a ‘not for profit’ charitable foundation.
