CEO Louis Fay welcoming Damien Browne to the St Francis Credit Union team in Ennis

ST FRANCIS Credit Union have announced Damien Browne as their new Lending and Business Development Manager. Louis Fay, CEO of St Francis Credit Union, in welcoming Damien to the position, said, “Damien has over 20 years’ experience in the lending sector, ranging from loans to the Farming Community, Businesses and Personal Lending. “I have no doubt Damien will be a great addition to the lending team here in St Francis Credit Union as we continue to expand our lending function to deal with the increased demand from our Members.” Loans to Members at St Francis Credit Union currently stands at €45 Million with over €7 Million in loans issued already for the first 3 months of 2019, which is an increase of 22% on 2018. St Francis Credit Union continues to aspire in meeting its Vision which is “Striving to provide for the Financial needs of its Members in a Co-operative and Professional manner” Currently St Francis Credit Union employ 37 staff and has a total of 20 volunteers throughout Co Clare bringing a first class service to its Members.
