In fact, he hopes to attend every council chamber in Ireland. I am delighted to also host a public event while he is in Clare. Clare is one of the most vulnerable counties in Ireland when it comes to climate change because of our long coastline. It is really important that we have action from the ground up and that we understand the challenge we face as a county and what we can do with government support to help make our county more resilient and that the possibilities around doing so can lead to a better county with better air quality, warmer homes, clean water, local secure jobs, thriving farms and small businesses.”
