Saturday’s scheduled Dr Harty Cup final between St Flannan’s College and CBC Cork will go ahead following a pitch inspection.

Originally fixed for 1pm, the tie was moved forward to 12pm on Friday morning.

Roll of honour leaders St Flannan’s College are competing in their first final since 2007. A win for them would mark a twenty second title.

A pitch inspection was conducted shortly at 8:30 in Mallow on Saturday morning. Subsequently, the decision was made to proceed with the contest.
