Brian Lohan has made four changes to the Clare team to face Laois on Saturday.

Senior championship debuts are to be handed to Newmarket-on-Fergus’ Colin Guilfoyle and All-Ireland winning U21 captain of 2013, Paul Flanagan.

Aidan McCarthy has recovered from a broken thumb and is included in the starting fifteen at centre back while Aron Shanagher is selected to start at full forward.

Ballyea’s Jack Browne, former captain Patrick O’Connor, David Fitzgerald and Diarmuid Ryan are the players to miss out as per the named team.
