A TOTAL OF €1,850 was raised by Shannon Golf Club for Milford Care Centre.

On Friday, Shannon Golf Club hosted Bewley’s Big Coffee Morning for social hospice. All funds raised at the golf club located adjacent to Shannon Airport went in aid of the Limerick based Milford Care Centre.

Milford Care Centre is a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation and registered charity. It was first established by the Little Company of Mary Sisters in 1928 and now provides Specialist Palliative Care and Older Persons Services in the Mid West.

Pictured at the coffee morning are Vice Lady Captain, Suzanne McMahon, Captain David Jones, Handicap secretary Chris Willetts and Lady Captain Debbie Reddan.
