At the annual general meeting of Crusheen GAA club at the weekend, the club’s senior hurling management team for 2023 was ratified.

It includes Michael Browne, manager when the club won back to back Clare senior titles in 2010 and 2011. He had managed Tulla to Canon Hamilton success in 2007. He is a former Clare senior selector while he has also enjoyed success coaching teams in Galway, including Clarinbridge.

Browne will be joined by four members of the title winning senior teams in Pat Vaughan, Gearoid O’Donnell, Cronan Dillon and Alan Tuohy, all of whom have played key roles with a variety of club teams

Aidan Harte from Gort, a member of the Galway senior panel for the past decade, will coach the team, a role he had with the squad last season.

Pa McEvoy will be the S and C coach with the panel while Niall Griffin is also a member of the backroom team.
