SEMI-FINAL pairings have been made in the TUS Clare senior and intermediate hurling championships as silverware is almost within touching distance for teams through to the last four.

For the second time in the championship, Cratloe and Feakle will lock horns. The sides met in the first round when Feakle had a 0-23 1-16 win.

Fresh from eliminating the champions, Sixmilebridge have been drawn against Inagh/Kilnamona who themselves knocked out one of the big contenders to lift the Canon Hamilton. It will be a repeat of the 2019 semi-final when The Bridge were 0-15 0-18 winners before going on to beat Cratloe in the decider.

Intermediate favourites Wolfe Tones survived a scare to hold off Parteen/Meelick and they will meet Ruan in the semi-finals, they earned their passage through to the last four after overcoming 2023 finalists Sixmilebridge.

Both Killanena and Tubber would not have been predicted by many people to be lining out in the Clare IHC final but they now found themselves sixty minutes away from county final day.
