NEWMARKET-ON-FERGUSโ€™ Lee Devitt has been named as Treaty Utdโ€™s player of the season.

Treaty Utd on Wednesday announced that Lee had been selected as the senior menโ€™s player of the year for 2023.

It comes less than a fortnight after Devitt committed to the League of Ireland club for another season.

He made thirty eight appearances for Tommy Barrettโ€™s side last season in what was their first campaign since their foundation that they didnโ€™t qualify for the promotion play-offs in the First Division.

Leeโ€™s performances were one of the main positives during their last campaign, he has made 76 appearances in total for the club following on from his transfer prior to the 2022 season.

Devitt has acknowledged the support of Treatyโ€™s fans and said he โ€œcanโ€™t waitโ€ to get back in action with the Limerick club.
