KILRUSH designer Adam McKiernan has shared his talents to a creative charity campaign aimed at inspiring hope and raising much needed funds during the global pandemic.

“Creatives Against Covid-19 is such a great initiative. The brief, themed around the word ‘Soon’, it was so open and made for a wealth of interpretations and styles. The idea that your work could be hanging in someone’s home while supporting those in need made it such an easy cause to get behind.

“So many in the creative industry are using this time to work on that side project they’ve been putting to the side and Creatives Against Covid-19 feels like a worldwide collective side project. The industry response has been brilliant to see, from students to industry superstars coming together to use their craft for good,” Adam said.

Over 1,200 submissions from 23 countries were donated in just seven days. The final prints will go on sale this weekend (April 24) with all funds donated to the ISPCC and Women’s Aid.
