*Kilkee. NEW PARKING BYE-LAWS are to propose ticketing in Fanore, Spanish Point and White Strand while the area currently covered by Kilkee, Lahinch and Doolin will be extended.
A PEDESTRIAN CROSSING is to be installed in Spanish Point to improve accessibility to the beach while also controlling parking in the locality through the addition of double yellow lines.
