*Shannon Airport. The US Green Card holder who allegedly presented a false passport at immigration at Shannon Airport last month in order for a 13 year boy to gain entry to the US has obtained High Court bail.
*The North Clare motorcyclist was killed outside Ballyvaughan. A 41-year old French tourist has appeared in court charged in connection with the road death of a motorcyclist in his 70s outside the village of Ballyvaughan.

*The Limerick woman was before the Kilrush District Court. A 20 year old woman went ‘berserk’ in the back of a Garda squad car causing €1,309 worth of damage after calling Gardai ‘Skanky F**k*n Pigs’ in the seaside resort of Kilkee.
