Anti-vaccine activist pleads guilty to assaulting Clare Garda

*Both men were released on bail. A GARDA has appeared in court charged with the unauthorised disclosure of Garda PULSE personal data on fourteen individuals to a co-accused charged with a drug trafficking offence.
*The incident occurred in February 2023. A JUDGE has stated that a 45-year old Dublin man carrying out a solo sex act in view of others in the men’s changing rooms at the Inn at Dromoland hotel in Co Clare in February of last year was “an aberration of sorts”.
*Photograph: John Mangan A SHANNON man accused of a ‘very serious’ assault on his then girlfriend on St Patrick’s Day that allegedly left her with a broken eye socket, broken ribs and a collapsed lung is now also charged with her false imprisonment.
*Both cases will go before the Circuit Court. A CLARE woman sustained a broken eye socket, stitches to her face, staples to her head, a collapsed lung that required to be drained, bruises to her body and broken ribs arising from an alleged assault on St Patrick’s Day by her then boyfriend.
*The case was heard at Ennis District Court. A MIDDLE aged father who described himself in court as the ‘responsible adult’ at a teenagers’ house party sexual assaulted a female friend of his son’s on the night.
