*Damien Carmody. A WEST CLARE man has pleaded guilty to two health and safety breaches concerning a fatal farm accident which claimed the life of a farmer two years ago.
*The accused was a ‘no-show’ in Ennis District Court. An off-duty drink-driving Garda crashed his car at speed into an oncoming car on the wrong side of the road in west Clare over two years ago.
A farmer and another man have been returned for trial relating to alleged health and safety breaches concerning a fatal farm accident which claimed the life of a west Clare farmer last year.
