Less than 2000 tickets remain for a Clare football fundraiser that is aimed to help squads all the way from underage to senior.

A Toyota RAV4 Sol valued at €43,850 is the top prize in the draw with the GAA club in the county that sells the most tickets set to win a full set of gear sponsored by Gaelic Armour.

An iPhone 12 Pro, two nights bed and breakfast in the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel Dublin with one evening meal in Seasons restaurant, an LG 55” Smart TV and Apple AirPods Pro are among the impressive prizes up for grabs. Tickets cost €20 or three for €50.

All proceeds go to the development of Clare football underage squads, all the way through to senior level with the draw to take place on October 13th.

Clare senior football manager, Colm Collins is expected to continue for a ninth season in charge of the county footballers, he told The Clare Echo that the support from the public to the men in saffron and blue both on and off the field is much appreciated, these sentiments were echoed by minor boss, Dermot Coughlan.

Captain of the Clare senior side, Eoin Cleary acknowledged the interest in the fundraiser to date. “On behalf of the players, we would like to thank everyone so far who has supported this draw and we will be very grateful if you can continue to support this draw”.
