Star Wars: The Last Jedi

IT’S finally here and we are beyond excited!

Today is the day we will finally get to see for certain if Loop Head has made it into the final cut of Star Wars: The Last Jedi as it hits cinemas today.

There was great excitement around West Clare last year as the Star Wars film crew took over Loop Head lighthouse for three days in May.

It’s not known if the stars of the movie actually made it to West Clare, but rumors circulated that Daisy Ridley’s stunt double made an appearance.

The area known as the amphitheatre in Loop Head features in the teaser trailer released earlier this year, so there’s a decent chance it made it into the movie.

It will also be interesting to see Prince William and Prince Harry’s cameo appearances, but we can’t figure out how we will be able to spot them under their storm trooper helmets.
