Second LIDL store for Ennis

UP TO 25 new jobs will be created when LIDL open their second Ennis store .

LIDL have confirmed that plans are about to be lodged with Clare County Council for a new store on the Limerick road.

Additional commercial units will also be developed at the site, including a creche.

Speaking on Clare FM, LIDL’s Head of Communications Aoife Clarke said: “Ennis is a great town and we saw great potential with the site. It’s a great opportunity to build one of our new concept stores as well so we’re quite excited about this project and we’re looking forward to seeing what the reaction is.
