Maintenance work has been requested in Kilmihil to “make things comfortable” in the West Clare village.
Road maintenance was sought on the L2074 to Brendan McMahons from Dan Corry’s Cross via Finucanes in Cahercanavan on the Kilmihil Rd.
This route is not included for surface dressing works in this year’s road programme, senior executive engineer in the West Clare MD, Alan Kenneally advised. Consideration will be given to its inclusion next year, he said.
Completing a bit of maintenance work “would be appreciated and make things more comfortable for people,” Cllr Keating stated. His request was seconded by Cllr Cillian Murphy (FF).
