OVERHANGING branches in Ballyalla are to be examined for “potential hazards”.
At a recent sitting of the Ennis Municipal District, Cllr Pat Daly (FF) asked for overhanging branches to be dealt with from the edge of Ballyalla Lake to the Templemaley four cross-roads.
Tommy Scott, senior executive technician committed to examining “the overhanging branches along this section of public road and pursue measures to deal with any hazards identified”.
This response was welcomed by Cllr Daly with Cllr Clare Colleran Molloy (FF) seconding the proposal.
