Two Clare referees have been appointed to take charge of games in the Munster minor championships next week.

On this Sunday, Éire Óg clubman Niall Malone will take charge of the minor hurling first round meeting of Kerry and Tipperary which will be played at the LIT Gaelic grounds in Limerick with a 1pm. throw in.

Niall refereed the Clare senior hurling final in 2019 while he handled the 2020 intermediate hurling decider.

On Sunday week, October 24, Miltown native Niall Quinn will be in charge of the minor football first round meeting of Limerick and Waterford which will also take place at the LIT Gaelic Grounds in Limerick with a 1pm. throw in.

Now living in Newmarket-on-Fergus, Niall took charge of his first Clare senior final two weeks ago and also handled a number of other games in the competition.
