Newmarket Celtic have been handed a home draw in the first round of the FAI Senior Cup.

For the first time in their fifty year history, Celtic will partake in the competition and will face Dublin club Cabinteely FC who were first granted a League of Ireland licence in 2015, they currently ply their trade in the First Division of the LOI and are managed by Pat Devlin.
