Popular Newstalk weekend breakfast programme, ‘Down to Business’ presented by Bobby Kerr will be broadcasting live from Ennis on Saturday morning.

As Bobby and his production team begin their autumn run of ‘Your Town Your Main Street’, they are headed for the Ennis and present Saturday’s show from The Old Ground Hotel between 10:00 and 12:00.

His panel of experts will be giving Ennis a ‘health-check’ which focuses on what works in the county town from a retail, town planning and civic space point of view. The entrepreneur will also be talking with representatives from local businesses both big and small about what Ennis has to offer and where it can improve.

Stuart Holly, editor of The Clare Echo is among the guests for Saturday’s show as are two time All-Ireland SHC winner Jamesie O’Connor and the first man from Clare to climb Mount Everest, John Burke. Producers have also said, a few surprises will be in store.
