One week on from their nineteen point defeat to Cork, Clare’s senior camogie side shows a single change for their trip to Meath.

Ger O’Connell’s outfit face off with Meath at 6pm on Saturday in Páirc Tailteann, Navan. Former captain, Orlaith Duggan makes her first start of O’Connell’s tenure and replaces Truagh/Clonlara’s Michelle Caulfield with Teresa O’Keeffe moving to the defence.

A win is vital for Clare if they are to have aspirations of making the knockout stages of the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland senior camogie championship.

Last weekend, Meath managed by Ray Gavin pushed Dublin to the pin of their collar however the Dubs finished with the final four scores of the game to secure 1-16 0-12 win.

Former All Star Chloe Morey is not back to full fitness yet with Inagh/Kilnamona’s Aoife Keane also absent through injury.
