House Key

By STUART HOLLY

CLARE County Council is inviting ‘Expressions of Interest’ from landowners, developers, building contractors, property owners for properties and land in areas of housing demand across County Clare.
Submissions are being sought in relation to lands (serviced and unserviced), sites with or without planning permission, partially completed developments and/or turn key developments in County Clare.
Submission instructions are available on the Housing section of the Clare County Council website, www.clarecoco.ie.
Meanwhile, the Council is looking to buy or lease houses and apartments in areas of housing need under the Buy and Renew Scheme. Any property will be considered provided it can meet the minimum standards for rental properties and where there is a housing need.
Landlords who are interested in selling or leasing their properties can request a proposal form by calling into the Housing Department at New Road, Ennis, emailing leasing@clarecoco.ie / acquisitions@clarecoco.ie or calling 065 6821616.
