Replacement fencing is to be costed at the Fioruisce estate on the Gort Rd in Ennis.

Citing the “poor condition” of the existing fencing, Cllr Mark Nestor (FF) appealed to the Ennis Municipal District to replace the infrastructure in place at Fioruisce.

Senior executive officer, Eamon O’Dea detailed that an examination would be completed by staff in the Ennis MD. A cost estimate will be provided once complete and he suggested that the project could be included in Cllr Nestor’s General Municipal Allocation (GMA) fund.

Support for the proposal was voiced by Cllr Johnny Flynn (FG) and Cllr Paul Murphy (FG).
