CLARE PLAYERS will be squaring off when lining out for Limerick clubs in the quarter-finals of the FAI Junior Cup.

Pike Rovers have been drawn away to Munster Junior Cup champions Regional Utd meaning a clash of Clare players in the FAI Junior Cup quarter-finals.

Ennisโ€™ Colm Walsh Oโ€™Loghlen has been enjoying a stellar season with Pike Rovers while Regional Utdโ€™s first eleven includes Shannon duo Brian Oโ€™Connor and Eoin Duff plus Newmarket-on-Fergus netminder Rob Shier.

Tipperary side St Michaelโ€™s AFC are away to Villa FC of Waterford, they will meet Avenue Utd in the Munster Junior Cup semi-final prior to this clash.

Cockhill Celtic are seen as very strong contenders for the national title which is currently held by Newmarket Celtic.

Quarter-final ties are scheduled to take place on March 2nd/3rd.
