Donal Moloney and Gerry O’Connor have named an unchanged fifteen from that which defeated Waterford for Sunday’s encounter with Tipperary.

Clare travel to Semple Stadium in search of the county’s first Munster championship win over Tipperary in Thurles since 1928.

After replacing his Sixmilebridge teammate in the starting side two weeks ago, Jamie Shanahan continues in wing back in place of Seadna Morey.

There are some slight positional switches in the side. Tony Kelly is to start at centre forward with Clonlara’s John Conlon going to the edge of the square and Peter Duggan pushed back to wing forward.

Michael Ryan has yet to announce the Tipperary team.
