Cratloe GAA have launched an eye-catching fundraiser where a car to the value of โ‚ฌ33,500 is the top prize.

The South Clare club has teamed up with Cummins Car Centre to give away a brand new 211 Toyota C-HR 5dr valued at โ‚ฌ33,500.

A raffle competition ran by the club where entry is โ‚ฌ20 gives patrons the opportunity to win the car but also to support Cratloe GAA โ€œclub development in our efforts to achieve continued success and growth within our clubโ€.

Other prizes on offer include, a 55โ€™โ€™ Smart TV worth โ‚ฌ529, a Breville Barista Max Coffee Machine retailing at โ‚ฌ420 and Apple AirPods Pro valued at โ‚ฌ265.

Meanwhile, Newmarket-on-Fergus GAA club are undertaking a virtual walk on St Patrickโ€™s Day from Fr Murphy Memorial Park to Croke Park. They are asking members to walk help them clock a distance of 233km and make online donations along the way.

Funds raised by the Blues are going towards the construction of a public walkway within the club grounds that is intended to be made available to the wider community.
