Aideen O’Reilly Property Plus may be the new kid on the block but it’s more of a re-birth than a new born.
Ennis estate agent and valuer Aideen O’Reilly worked alongside her dad Philip, who established Property Plus in 1982. The housing market suffered during the recession, Philip closed the property business in 2012 and transferred his EBS, Mortgage and investment business to his daughter Emer. Since then has been running a very successful software company.
Aideen has brought the residential and commercial property business back to life with the help of Property CRM software. Having worked in the property business since 2001, Aideen graduated with BSc. (Hons) Property studies in 2007.
Like every industry, the property market is ever changing and Aideen O’Reilly Property Plus are ready to meet it head on.
Maura Canny, a Clarecastle native is delighted to be working alongside Aideen in Ennis. She has extensive knowledge of the property market across Clare and Limerick with over 14 years’ experience in the property industry in both sales and lettings, having previously worked alongside Philip O’Reilly and RE/MAX Limerick and graduated from DIT in 2010 with a diploma in Property Studies. She is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors & Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a fully licenced property services provider.
Clare has worked in the property industry for a number of years and has recently joined the company. Clare is responsible for the administration side of the business and is always available to answer any queries clients may have.
“In the current market, we are very proud to be ahead when it comes to technology and compliance. We recognise that the virtual office is just as important as the physical office and even when our office is closed, we are always available online. We do this because we are always working on your behalf,” Aideen said.
Aideen, Maura and Clare have passion for what they do and they pride themselves on working hard, providing a professional service, working honestly and with integrity to achieve results. “We are committed to providing a highly efficient service and to ensure that customers all receive the same first-class experience.”
“We believe that good service is paramount. We realise the needs of each and every client, and endeavour to get the best results for them,” Aideen added.
Aideen, Maura and Clare are looking forward to doing business with old and new customers.
